We undertake to abide by the policies set forth below (henceforth “the privacy policy”). The purpose of this policy is to explain our actions vis-a-vis your privacy, and how we use the personal information (as defined by law, henceforth “personal information”) that you give us or that is collected by us in the course of your communication with us, and in the course of your use of the company’s website.


The privacy policy constitutes an addition to the site’s general terms of use and any other agreement that is written and/or implied between you and the company, and the contents of the policy add to them without detracting from them, and constitute an integral part of them. By using the website and the services of the company you are agreeing to the terms of this privacy policy and to the changes that will be made to it from time to time. In addition, it is possible that some of the services on the website and/or when facing the company, now or in the future, will involve registration. In any such case, we make sure to use vendors and systems with high levels of security and privacy, and ensure that the only information passed along to the external vendor is information needed to perform the requested activity, subject to the vendor’s obligation to maintain the information’s security, and subject to requirements under the law.



ACCESSING, CORRECTING AND DELETING INFORMATION

According to the Privacy Protection Act of 1981, every individual has the right to see and retain the information stored in a database which refers to him or her. Of course, this right applies to you as well. You also have the right to cancel and withdraw any consent given by you to send direct mail and advertising mail. Requests about the matter can be sent to us via the email address listed above.

 

We will respond to your inquiry quickly. If we refuse your request, you of course have the right to turn to the magistrate’s court in accordance with the provisions of the law, and to ask that the court direct us fulfill your request.

It should be noted that residents of the European Union and/or California may have additional rights with respect to certain items of information. If you believe this is relevant to you, you are welcome to contact us with any relevant request.

Of course, it is important to note that the company is not responsible for handling inquiries regarding information that is in the possession of the company’s customers and that is managed by them through the system. In practice the company does not access this information, is not exposed to it in the course of its activities, and is not authorized to make any use of it. Therefore, any inquiry regarding information that was collected by any of the company’s customers through the system should be directed to that customer.



OUR POLICIES

We do our utmost to give you the best service.

  • In the event that you are unable to attend a scheduled event, you must notify us at least 24 hours before it begins.
  • Cancelling within less than 24 hours will result in your not being refunded, and will be considered a meeting that you attended, for all purposes.
  • In the case of a series of meetings, payment is for the entire series. No refund will be given for a portion of it.

 

UPDATES AND CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

We have the right to change and update the privacy policy from time to time. If substantive changes are made to the terms of the privacy policy that apply to the personal information that we have stored about you, a notice to that effect will be posted on our website.

It is hereby clarified that registering for and/or using any of the services on the site, may require your consent and permission to additional conditions for that service, in which case you will be required to confirm your consent to those separately.
